Privacy Policy
Justn Limited (NZBN 9429053343925), "Justn", "we" or "us", is getting ready to launch. This policy explains what we do with your email address if you sign up to hear from us.
It's short, because right now we're not doing much with it.
What we collect
Your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us through the sign-up form on our website.
We don't ask for anything else at this stage.
Why we collect it
To let you know when Justn launches, and to send you the occasional update in the meantime. That's it.
Do you have to give it to us?
No. Signing up is completely voluntary. If you'd rather not, you simply won't get the launch email.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone.
We use third-party providers to run our website and send our emails, and your email address is stored on their systems. Those providers hold data on servers outside New Zealand, including in the United States, which means it may not be protected by laws that provide comparable safeguards to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. They're only permitted to use your information to provide those services to us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we decide not to proceed, or no longer need the list, we'll delete it.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at hello@justn.insure at any time and we'll take you off the list.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- delete it
Email us at hello@justn.insure and we'll sort it out. We'll respond to any request within 20 working days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. When we launch, we'll publish a fuller privacy policy covering how we handle information when arranging insurance cover.
